Outside Sales Representative

C&S Group has been introducing innovative tile, natural stone, and architectural precast products to distributors, fabricators, retailers, contractors, architects and designers for over 50 years.

The Company consists of three Divisions: C&S Tile (Burnaby), Margranite (Burnaby and Surrey/Port Kells), and APS Precast (Langley). Each Division has its own unique product line and area of specialization, yet collectively share a commitment to best in class quality and customer service standards.

**Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and service to dedicated territory and client base.
- Meet sales and service targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
- Schedule and conduct sales calls to existing and potential customers
- Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports
- Cold call on potential customers and present products and services
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good customer relationships
- Follow up on sales activity and achieve sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Any four or more years in customer service with outside sales positions with increasing responsibility, to include demonstrated sales negotiation experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction industry and materials and ability to understand scope of services to include pricing, supply, and contract terms;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others in one to one or group situations;
- Willingness and ability to be on call as needed to provide 24-hour service to customers;
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside service area, with occasional overnight stays;
- Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary with commission structure

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
