Front Desk Agent

Use of proper telephone etiquette, adhering to Front Office Standards, answering calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Create genuine connections with our guests, making customer service a priority and their hotel experience memorable.
- Responsible for Check in and Check out guests
- Book reservations, collect payments, count and verify cash
- Assign housekeeping and Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status, early checks ins, late check out etc.
- Clean and tidy front desk area.
- All other duties as assigned by management..
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Positive and pleasant attitude
- Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
- Must be able to work alone and must be able to work in busy environment
- Good computer knowledge
- Able to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Must be available to work morning, evening, weekends and holidays.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$17.13 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift

- Orleans, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
