Front Desk Receptionist

**Job description**
Monday to Friday 12pm to 7pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming phone calls through a multi-line switch board
- Book, cancel and perform time changes on all appointments
- Periodically check MS Outlook for faxes and forward them to the respective parties
- Energetically greet clients and customers
- Input information on listings into a listing management software program
- Ensure that the work environment is orderly, tidy and representative of the company values
- Paging/transferring calls to agents
- Log incoming/outgoing documents
- Assist agents with any needs they may have
- Follow given checklists to close the building on weeknights / weekends
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone manners and etiquette
- Computer literate
- Affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Appreciate working in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
