**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with requests.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in front desk operations or hotel environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
