**Duties**
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction and restoration projects.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment as needed for different tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

**Position specifications**
- ALBERTA - Occupation Health & Safety for the Asbestos Worker Certificate - Required
- Abatement experience preferred but not required, training to be provided.
- Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
- Workplace safety
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) for 50ft.
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
