Role Overview
- Position: Full‑time Project Manager
- Location: Calgary, AB (hybrid: on-site + remote)
- Reporting To: Company Director
- Team Size: Manages 10-20 direct reports

You’ll lead full lifecycle projects—from bidding and winning contracts, through planning and execution, to successful delivery—while maintaining compliance, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities
- Lead bidding & tender preparation to win new contracts
- Organize and manage project timelines, logistics, inspections, and delivery
- Ensure all projects meet budget, scope, schedule, and safety standards (AHERA, WHMIS, provincial regulations)
- Direct and mentor a team of field technicians—10-20 staff
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Regular project reporting to the Director



Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management—especially asbestos, mold, and lead abatement
- Strong expediting, inspection, and logistics coordination skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
- Mandatory fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with AHERA, WHMIS, and relevant Alberta safety regulations
- Capable of working independently and within a team
