**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Complete and submit daily updates
- Communicate regularly with Project Coordinator and Dispatch
- Provide accurate drawing markups, commissioning reports, training and sign off documentation
- Complete and submit accurate service reports
- Provide accurate timesheets
- Service/ Install and configure ACTS integrated products as required
- Always keep work areas clean and safe, maintain all tools and safety equipment
- Maintain all related safety certifications.
- Maintain company property in a professional manor
- Communicate and maintain Vanstock inventory as required
- Work in a team or individual environment as needed
- Complete installations/Service to ACTS standards
- Participate in the On-call program as required
- Attend off hour and overnight work as needed.
- Overnight travel with notice may be required
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Possess a “Customers First” attitude
- Minimum 2 years security industry installation/service experience required
- Electrical and electronic knowledge an asset
- Factory trained in integrated security products an asset
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
- Ability to communicate both written and in person effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Must be able to meet or surpass security clearance (CPIC or government security clearances)
- Understanding of timelines and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Avigilon, Lenel, Kantech, CCURE, Indigo Vision an asset

**Salary**: $22.00-$37.00 per hour
