At Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning, we have always valued our employees as our most important resource, helping our team grow their skills and wealth in a fun, culture focused environment.As a growing industry leader, we provide service and home comfort solutions to 250,000 customers across Canada each year We are a team of extraordinary home service experts providing extraordinary service.What We Are Looking ForWe require energetic, motivated and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes.A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heatersValid Gas Fitter Two LicenseResidential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)Valid Driver's License with a clean recordClear criminal recordMust have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.Comfortable working from heights and using a ladderAn accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elementsWhat Will You DoWe want our Technicians to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC optionsComplete general and specific HVAC equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean, fully stocked vehiclePromote our products and services on every callProvide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers homeFeel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.Contribute to our high standards of health and safetyWhat We OfferAt Right Time we expect a lot from our employees.
