We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for visiting residential properties and presenting our painting services. We will have a team leader close the sale after you have presented the leads. You’ll be the face of our company in the field, meeting new people, building relationships, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach residential and commercial properties in designated areas to present our painting services
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best painting solutions for clients
- Effectively communicate our value propositions and services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
