Nexus Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing firm based in Burlington, ON. We are proud to be an authorized vendor for Rogers Communications, Canada’s leading telecommunications provider. Our team specializes in residential, face-to-face sales, helping homeowners discover and enroll in Rogers’ wireless products and services through personalized service and trusted brand representation.

We are hiring Rogers Sales Representatives to join our field team. You will represent Rogers by engaging with residential customers face-to-face at their homes, presenting solutions tailored to their wireless needs, and enrolling them in service plans.

**Rogers Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Conduct residential sales to promote Rogers wireless services to local homeowners.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Clearly communicate product and service features, pricing, and promotions
- Build rapport with potential customers and help them find the right solutions for their needs
- Track all sales activities and client interactions using our internal systems
- Stay informed about Rogers’ offerings and industry updates to better support customer needs
- Collaborate with your team and management to continuously improve performance

**Rogers Sales Representative Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re confident speaking face-to-face with people
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to exceed goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people at their homes
- Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset (but not required - we provide full training)
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed

**Job Overview**
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Commission-Based: Representatives are paid a minimum of $80 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Rogers Sales Representative is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Avg 30-40 hrs/wk)
- Job Location: This role operates from both our main office and designated field locations. As a Rogers Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers in person.
- Clients & Products: We work with Rogers, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services.

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
