AWIN Advanced Body Shop Centre is currently looking for a **Customer **Service Representative **to join our fantastic team

**Job Purpose**

This position will require an individual to make follow-up calls to Service and Sales customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include contacting all of the dealership Lease and Finance maturity customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales department.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service
- Writes estimates of damages, according to company standards
- Reviews and explains estimates with customers
- Obtains repair authorizations as needed
- Reviews estimates of completed vehicles with customers
- Performs check -in upon drop off & final check of vehicle before delivery
- Contacts insurance on behalf of customers
- Monitors repairs during the repair process and ensures customers, insurance companies etc are updated
- Finalizes paperwork at completion of repair prior to contacting customers
- collects relevant payments (cp or/ and deductibles)
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards
- Maintains customer & company confidence by keeping information confidential & secure
- Sets up and organizes individual work area with designated supplies, forms, resource materials while maintaining cleanliness at all times
- Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Collate and record information accurately.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Logical and systematic.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Work to deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of 180, ADP/CDK or Reynolds software, MS Office, including Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook, OEM websites.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with all employees.
