Sales Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining client relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
- Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in technology sales.
- Collaborate with team members to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, including those who speak Spanish, to ensure their needs are met.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment is essential.
