**Why We Need You**:
The role we are hiring for is a new role that we are adding to our Surrey, BC location. This role will include the Sales, as well as participate in the Purchasing + Inventory Management.

**Your Day to Day**:
**Sales + Customer Relations**
- You will take inbound customer calls and counter sales, and be responsible for all aspects of initiating, interacting and completing a sale
- You will source appropriate products for customers, including special or custom order products and pricing appropriately
- You will be responsible for developing customer relationships and maintaining those relationships (interacting with all types of customers, from the walk-in users to commercial customers.)
- You will prepare quotations / sales orders / cash sales or other sales related paperwork
- You will work to keep the showroom stocked, organized and tidy
- You will assist in tasks that support the team
- Participate in branch initiatives in supporting the team and in growing the customer base

**Purchasing + Inventory Management**
- You will maintain inventory min/max reordering levels for the location
- You will prepare purchase orders and understand their full cycle
- You will actively participate in cycle count requirements

**Service + Store Cross-Functionality**
- You will assist in order picking + shipping
- Assist in the daily sales closing and help process deposits as assigned by the manager

**Your Skill Set**:

- You have excellent communications skills
- You are comfortable in computerized environments
- You have a basic level of understanding of Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook)
- You have past experience in sales or customer service
- You are outgoing and have a positive attitude
- You have good customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
- You are proactive and self-motivated
- You have the ability to both work independently and in a team environment
- Previous tire industry experience an asset
- Good math and mechanical skills are an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
