We’re a trusted local partner to aid in the design and installation of Business IT solutions in Southwestern Ontario and across Canada, we work hand-in-hand with small and large business IT Departments.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Team as a **Service Coordinator.**
Required skill set:
- Telecom, IT Technical knowledge or Security experience (card access, alarms and cameras) is an asset
- Experience using scheduling software such as Tigerpaw or Connectwise
- Experience managing the expectations of both colleagues and clients
- Exemplary communication skills
- Able to cope with stressful timelines
- Time management and problem resolution skills
- Organized, attentive and punctual
- Exemplary attendance record
- Must have a Valid Ontario Drivers license
- Group health benefits (50% covered) available after successful completion of the 3-month probationary period
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
