**Job Description**:
Working within a team of fire protection professionals, you will mainly be responsible for assisting the sales team with customer service and inspection, deficiency/service scheduling. You will also be responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure a timely response to meet deadlines and ensure branch profitability. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:
General office reception. Receive, filter and assign calls as it relates to sprinkler/fire alarm projects, service work or inspections;
Coordinate the service and inspection projects and contracts;
Provide administrative or technical support to technicians;
Schedule, plan, and coordinate visits to customers;
Set up service agreements on Mozaik;
Prepare the schedule for technicians;
Monitor and follow up with material receptions for their projects;
Coordinate the repair schedule;
Communicate with customer about the status of the projects;
Review completion of the projects and profitability;
Manage timesheets;
Prepare monthly invoicing;
May assist with deficiency quote follow-ups and part only sales processing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of relevant experience;
Experience in a construction or fire protection company (an asset);
Very good knowledge of Windows software;
Excellent English verbal and written skills;
Valid driver’s license;
Strong customer service skills;
Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
