Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a bilingual full-time Customer Service - Team Lead to join our dynamic team working out of the Montreal office in Ville St-Laurent.
- Monitor inventory and place orders with suppliers
- Assist with conference preparation i.e. Equipment and marketing supplies
- Assist with product complaints or concerns efficiently; follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist with instrument and device demo equipment and ensure precise tracking and follow ups
- Support the Customer Service team as needed (order entry/confirmations, invoicing & filing)
- Help grow our social media presence through LinkedIn
- Assist with all Warehousing tasks and act as primary back up i.e. receiving, picking & packing, preparing waybills using courier shipping software and websites
- Assist with updating and maintaining our price lists and active customer contracts through Excel and our ERP system (Sage)
- Develop an understanding of the GOP quality system, provide insight when improvements can be made and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures
- Develop a knowledge of the products and services offered by Galen Medical
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other tasks as required and assist with various projects
Galen Medical est présentement à la recherche d’un (e) chef d'équipe au service à la clientèle bilingue à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique du bureau de Montréal situé à Ville St-Laurent.
- Surveiller le niveau d’inventaire et passer des commandes de façon précis auprès des fournisseurs
- Aider à la préparation de conférences (équipement et fournitures marketing)
- Aider dans toutes les tâches liées à l'entreposage et agir comme principal remplaçant, c'est-à-dire réceptionner, préparer les commandes, emballer, établir des bordereaux d'expédition à l'aide de logiciels et de sites Web
- Aider avec les plaintes clients et préoccupations concernant les produits ; faire un suivi pour garantir la résolution
- Aider à gérer l’inventaire des instruments et de dispositifs en démonstration, et veiller à un suivi précis et des relances appropriées
- Supporter l’équipe du Service à la clientèle au besoin (saisie/confirmations de commande, facturation et classement)
- Participer à divers projets de marketing, y compris les campagnes par courriel et les mises à jour de notre site internet. Créer du contenu pertinent à partager avec nos clients et fournisseurs au sujet de la compagnie, nos produits et les événements/congrès à venir
- Contribuez à développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux tel que LinkedIn

- Développer une connaissance des produits et services offerts par Galen Medical
- Suivre les procédures, directives et politiques de communication
- Effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin et participer à divers projets
