You will convey a strategic emphasis on making improvements and efficiencies within the contracts and procurement domain. **How YOU will make a difference**: - Manage vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms, monitoring compliance and resolving issues. - Develop strategies for maximizing rebate recovery from suppliers, analyzing and negotiating programs for optimal financial returns. - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance material yield, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams for optimized metrics. - Utilize spend data analysis to assess organization spend, contract performance, identify improvements, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and suppliers, implementing continuous improvement practices for efficiency. **Contract Management** - Monitor contract performance and compliance. - Collaborate with sourcing, operations, and legal teams to resolve contractual compliance issues. **Rebate Optimization** - Develop Strategies to maximize rebate recovery from supplier. - Analyze rebate programs and help negotiate terms to optimize financial returns. - Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate rebate calculations. **Material Yield Improvement** - Identify opportunities to improve material yield in procurement processes. - Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement yield optimization initiatives. - Monitor and report on material yield metrics and improvements. **Spend **Analytics** - Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze procurement patterns in different categories, and inform strategic decision-making. - Utilize data analysis to assess contract performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track contract optimization and material yield improvement. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, legal, and suppliers. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. **Continuous Improvement** - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in contract management, rebate recovery, and material yield. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **What YOU bring to the role**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related role - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. - Knowledge of rebate programs and strategies. - Familiarity with material yield optimization techniques in Operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **DNA of an Ideal Dynacare Employee** I make a difference in people’s lives.
