The Vehicle Off Road (VOR) Logistics Specialist - Contract is responsible for overseeing plant production control activities and will directly support MOPAR Vehicle Off Road requirements. This individual is responsible for mitigating material inventory concerns without impact to plant throughput performance.

The VOR Specialist - Contract acts as the liaison between the assembly plant and MOPAR, responsible for analyzing and reporting on inventory management controls. The VOR Specialist - Contract participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.

**Responsible for**:
Interacting with Supply and Carrier Base and Internal Partners to escalate and resolve top issues
Overseeing productive material inventory management including float analysis, cycle count compliance, record integrity and reconciliation activities

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree completed
Minimum ONE (1) years of related experience
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience working in a union environment
Ability to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge
