**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Key point of contact for an account pack consisting of our SMB customers, working towards a gross renewal target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with some of the world’s greatest innovators
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your account pack
- Negotiate commercial agreements, conduct customer Kick-offs and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Prioritize tasks while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently deliver rolling 90-day forecasts
- Keep up to date with all major product updates and articulate their value to our clients
- Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
**Who You Are**:
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B Sales/Customer Success role
- Leads by example and exemplifies our iLOGIC values
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow quickly
- Curious, adaptable and thrive working in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Foundational understanding of Sales Methodologies
- Foundational understanding Customer Success in SaaS
- Comfortable presenting to both end users and decision makers
- A team player when it comes to internal collaboration
