Responsibilities:

- Framing
- Sidings
- Work on residential and/or commercial sites and participate in site safety procedures
- Utilize hand, power, and pneumatic tools/machines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 5+ years' solid experience in framing/carpentry in residential or commercial construction settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to follow instructions from Project Owner
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Great knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- A basic set of carpentry tools and personal protective equipment
- Excellent framing/carpentry skills
- Prior wood framing carpentry experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must

Pay rate will be negotiated based on the experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
