Glass Brothers Construction is recruiting **Carpenter/Lead hand.**
- **This position is ideal for experienced Carpenters, as well as veteran framers, who have dedicated their careers to their craft and want the opportunity to work in an exciting, niche industry for an inclusive company**_

**Desired Qualities and Experience**:

- 7+ years’ experience in construction industry
- 5+ years’ experience in Residential Construction Carpentry
- 2+ years' experience in Residential Construction Framing
- Advanced understanding of carpentry & layout work.
- Knowledge of ICF construction processes would be an asset but is not required
- Must be ready to work on ICF projects
- Previous experience as a lead hand; strong team player and desire to grow is required.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Superior organizational and time management skills; superior logical-thinking and problem-solving skills; must be a solid active listener and possess solid coaching, team building, leadership, and negotiation skills; must be flexible to task; must possess excellent conflict resolution skills; and effective communication skills, both orally and written.

**Salary**: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
