Halifax, Canada Willmont Construction Inc. Full time

Duties:

- work as a team to construct unique and custom projects
- Perform framing tasks in accordance with blueprints
- Measure and cut wood, plastic, and other materials
- Install windows, doors, and other fixtures
- Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembly of structures above ground level
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a framer or carpenter
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of framing techniques and materials
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for construction purposes
- Familiarity with stucco, siding, plaster, roofing, trim carpentry, drywall, and restoration work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
