**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Construct frameworks and roof truss for buildings using wood, or other materials.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for construction tasks.
- Execute roof truss, sheathing, window/ door installation and restoration projects with precision.
- Operate aerial lift equipment when required for specific tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials as necessary throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction-related fields.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with roof truss / sheathing installation techniques
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of woodworking principles and practices is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
