**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers by providing product and service information
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem,
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience particularly in Mechanical/technical industry, 2 to 3 years,
- Product knowledge in pumps,electric motors and engines is an asset,
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening,
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an asset,
- Documentation skills,
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters passionately,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to multi-task working
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Ability to explain technical complexity to customer by simple way
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- College degree or Certified recognition
- Team player, Empathy
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:
