**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers with their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
