Reporting to the Operations and Privacy Manager, the Systems Quality Improvement Assistant (SQIA) is responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Managers, the Privacy Office and to the Executive Assistant to the Director of Clinical and Client Services in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
**DUTIES**:
- Provide administrative support to Clinical and Client Services (In-Service Meetings, Client Case Reviews, Inter-Disciplinary Team Meetings, Client Consultation Review Meetings)
- Provide support to the agency regarding the Client Information Systems (CIS) - training will be provided
- Record minutes of clinical meetings, formatting and circulating minutes to appropriate persons
- Arrange meetings by preparing agendas, contacting participants, reserving meeting rooms, coordinating catering for luncheons, and ensuring required documentation is copied and distributed
- Provide administrative support to the Privacy Office
- Support Clinical Managers, Clinical Supervisors and Executive Assistant to the Director of Clinical and Client Services in general duties as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Successful completion of an Administrative Assistant Ontario College Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
- Possess a strong knowledge of the _Personal Health Information Protection Act_ (PHIPA)
- Advanced knowledge of and skill working with Client Information Systems (CIS)
- Ability to create presentations, charts, graphs, databases, and spread sheets
- Must have the ability to organize work effectively to meet deadlines and work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated willingness to work certain irregular hours as may be reasonably dictated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior oral and written skills in both English and French is required

- A valid Ontario driver’s license and use of a reliable motor vehicle; insurability on vehicle as per policy
