We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Quality Assurance and Document Officer **to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols, policies, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Perform regular inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Identify and resolve quality issues or discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions as per our QMS System - Track and analyze quality performance indicators and prepare reports. - Recommend improvements to enhance product and service quality. - Coordinate internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely documentation and implementation of corrective actions. - Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections. - Develop and manage a centralized document control system to store, retrieve, and track all quality-related documents. - Ensure proper version control and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders. - Evaluate and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and process guidelines. - Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure proper formatting, labeling, and indexing of documents for easy accessibility. - Implement document change control procedures to manage revisions effectively. - Regularly review documentation processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies. - Ensure alignment with ISO standards or other relevant quality frameworks. - Train employees on document management systems and quality protocols. - Provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to document control practices. - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications and Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements. - Experience with document control systems and quality management software. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
