NOVA Injury Law is thriving in a competitive market. It is now time to bring on a dedicated Marketing Specialist to design and execute plans and programs which support the firm's growth objectives while also assisting the legal team with client communications.

**About the role**

The **Marketing Coordinator **role is best suited to growth-focused individuals with the experience who is up to speed with current marketing technics and able to bring strategies, campaigns and programs to life; attracting, converting and nurturing prospective clients through their journey to trust NOVA Injury Law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake competitive and market research to refine buyer personas, identify trends and untapped opportunities to drive growth, and improve competitive positioning.
- Develop, track, maintain, and drive project timelines.
- Arrange meaningful meeting with team members and outside collaborators where needed.
- Manage marketing asset contractors
- Work to continuously improve results by capturing and analyzing appropriate metrics, insights and best practices, and actioning informed optimizations. Regularly report performance metrics to the Lawyer.

**About you**
- You have 2+ years’ experience developing, activating, managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs and campaigns drawing on your solid understanding of inbound marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
- You work with passion for projects
- pursuing objectives with urgency and growth in mind.
- You're keen to try new methods, experiment, iterative, learn, and improve on repeat attempts.
- You’re a resourceful and creative project management crackerjack with enviable cat herding, prioritization, organization, time management and collaboration skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with marketing automation software.
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Ads
- Experience running social accounts
- Experinece running Google Ad campaigns
- Wordpress familiarity
