A first of its’ kind comprehensive Wellness Centre in Halifax Regional Municipality, Luminate Co Wellness Market will support this by bringing Natural, Organic, Sustainable products and Holistic wellness services (Naturopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture and others) together under one roof -the perfect environment to support anyone’s journey to wellness.

**The Role**:
Luminate Co Wellness Market is hiring a part-time Clinic Coordinator for our Bedford location.

Responsible for ensuring every interaction clients have with our wellness centre is a positive one that reflects our values, and ensuring our team of practitioners have the support they need, Clinic coordinator and Guest Services Ambassador wrapped up in one super important position would best describe this role. Specific tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Billing insurance companies on behalf of our clients
- General cleaning/opening/closing duties
- Managing and keeping payments reconciled, organized and up to date
- Helping to coordinate events and workshops in the community
