Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

Lifemark is looking for an experienced demand-generation marketer driven by data. As part of our in-house Marketing team, this role will live and breathe demand generation by devising and executing omni-channel campaigns; and analyzing channel performance to capture insights and trends and inform activities that drive continued success. In conjunction, the Demand Generation Marketing & Analytics Specialist is proficient with data and plays a key role in monitoring channel and campaign KPIs, creating regular reports and dashboards.
This role interacts with numerous stakeholders across the organization, including Operations, IT, and Administration, managing a number of demand-gen pathways and leading initiatives to maximize conversions to ensure our patients receive care when they need it.
The main goals and responsibilities in this position will be to:
- Support all demand generation initiatives
- Track / Report on data and analyze Marketing Performance (monitor and report on performance using data)
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Demand Generation**
- Contribute to an annual demand generation multi-channel plan, working closely with the Manager, Demand Generation & Analytics and Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
- Efficiently oversee and track digital marketing campaigns and projects from conception to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Act as a liaison between different teams, coordinating efforts to meet project deadlines
- Implement project management best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Conduct post-campaign/project analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement learnings in future initiatives.
- Monitor a number of existing demand-generation pathways to review performance, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure ongoing success and opportunity identification
- Measure the success of demand-generation pathways, communicate with internal teams on its success, and identify further initiatives that aim to improve conversion
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize demand generation strategies.
- Supports implementation of integrated campaigns
**Data Tracking/Reporting and Marketing Performance Analysis**
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness and lead generation
- Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy and regularly report on progress
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROMI of demand generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
- Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to assess the performance of demand generation campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and maintain a system for efficiently tracking and managing large sets of data
- Reviews on a regular basis those providers that do not have online booking enabled on our website and acts to ensure they are added
- Review SEO trends and performance to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing website and ad outcomes
- Complete additional projects as assigned
**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**:
- A university or college degree preferably with a background in marketing and business
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a demand-generation or similar role with an emphasis on meeting objectives and revenue targets. Experience in healthcare is considered an asset
- Experience building a multitude of marketing and stakeholder reports such as dashboards, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and channel performance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data manipulation/analysis, and familiarity with SQL for querying databases and generating reports is required.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello or Jira for streamlining workflows and on-time delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Experience in using SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to improve organic rankings and paid ads.
- Strong communicator - written and verbal - with experience conducting meetings, facilitating discussion, preparing and speaking to reports
- Highly organized and able to keep on task and self-manage to ensure all deliverables are on time
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and lead a range of projects
- Experience & love for working in a matrix organization
- Desire to work with and be a part of a high-performance team
