Limelight Software a leading B2B SaaS company is looking to add a _**_Marketing_**_ _**_Demand Generation Specialist _**_to our high-energy team_
- Your primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture high-quality leads for the organization using multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with the sales & marketing teams to identify target audiences, develop campaigns, and optimize lead-generation efforts._

**_ A bit more detail about the role:_**
- _ Spearhead lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and meet company targets_
- _ Assist with the development, implementation, tracking, measurement, and optimization of all marketing automation_
- _ Become an expert in HubSpot, our marketing automation and CRM platform_
- _ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation_
- _ Identify opportunities for optimizing performance marketing campaign setup_
- _ Use data-driven approach to boost conversions for all customer and client communication channels_
- _ Develop and implement strategies for successful conversion of clients in a B2B marketing capacity_
- _ Stay up to date with the latest lead generation tools, techniques, and best practices, and recommend their implementation when appropriate_

Qualifications:_**
- _ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field._
- _ 2 + experience in a similar role, with a focus on lead generation and marketing campaigns._
- _ Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation strategies._
- _ Proficient in using HubSpot_
- _ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize lead generation campaigns._
- _ Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content, designs and campaign ideas._
- _ Strong written and verbal communication skills._
- _ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth._
- _ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment._
