We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Crown Toyota, located in the Waverley Auto Mall, where we are ranked #1 in volume across all dealership brands in Manitoba and offer top industry training to guide your success.

**Responsibilities**:
Meet and greet service customers and provide customers
Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries
Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Generate and maximize purchase appointments
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

**Requirements**:
Must have a valid drivers license
Previous customer service experience
Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
Proficient in computer skills
Able to work individually and team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
