We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Crown Toyota, located at the Waverly Auto Mall, where we are ranked #1 in volume across all dealership brands in Manitoba and offer top industry training to guide your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet service customers and provide customers with the right appraisal value of their vehicle
- Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries
- Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Generate and maximize purchase appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Cold call service customers in order to get them trade their existing vehicles and upgrade into new ones

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid drivers license
- Previous customer service experience as well as vehicle acquisition experience is preferred
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in computer skills
- Able to work individually and team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
