We have a great opportunity for a **Vehicle Acquisition Specialist** to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to generate and maximize purchase appointment, purchase used vehicles, and work closely with the sales and service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet service customers and provide customers
- Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries
- Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Generate and maximize purchase appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid drivers license
- Previous customer service experience
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in computer skills
- Able to work individually and team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
