**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team
- Acts as an integral part of the AP and AR staff to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee collections efforts, maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
- Collaborate and communicate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Support the finance department on month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Develop and coach the AP and AR team to achieve company objectives and professional goals
- Performs administrative duties as required including generation of reports, filing and other general office duties that may be requested by management.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 5 Years' experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience in a supervisory role

**Skills**:

- Excellent Communicator and highly collaborative
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, highly organized and accurate
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
- High degree of computer proficiency, experience with MSBC is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
