**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable & Finance Associate

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Receivable & Finance Associate to aid our finance department and help support our growing organization. As an AR & Finance Associate, you’ll be responsible you’ll be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative support to ensure all E-commerce customer accounts are efficiently, timely and accurately reconciled.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile accounts daily
- Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Initiate collection efforts
- Interact with eCommerce, Sales and Other departments and to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain sound credit policies; perform credit checks
- Communicate discrepancies, slow-paying customers and collection issues to management
- Administrative duties may include running POS reports, preparing debit notes, invoicing, supporting other finance team members, Filing and other general office duties.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience with high volume of transactions
- **Skills**:

- Good understanding of accounting concepts
- Strong Excel Skills
- Is detail oriented, highly organized and accurate
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with high volume and at times, repetitive work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products and the ability to type fluently.

This role an in-office role that is based at our Trenton location
