**About the Role**:
We're searching for someone who _lives and breathes content_—someone who can collaborate with our leadership to turn our brand values, treatments, and client success stories into _engaging, authentic, and viral-ready_ content.

You’ll be our go-to for TikTok and Instagram content, and eventually YouTube, helping us grow our online presence and inspire a new wave of aesthetics lovers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute short-form video content that aligns with our brand voice and values
- Film, edit, and post regularly for TikTok and Instagram (Reels & Stories and Posts)
- Work closely with our team to translate treatment offerings into engaging, educational, or entertaining content
- Monitor trends and audience behavior to inform and adjust strategy
- Manage content calendars and contribute to marketing ideas
- Eventually self manage and take more creative control.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Required**:

- Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality short-form video (portfolio or examples required)
- Understanding of audience-building strategies and social growth frameworks
- Self-starter mentality with high personal standards and a passion for creating standout work
- Comfortable filming in clinical and beauty environments

**Preferred**:

- Passion or experience in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industries
- Knowledge of paid ad formats on social platforms a plus
