About Us

Top Weld Training & Staffing Inc. is a Canadian welding training school and accredited CWB test center. We provide high-quality training, certification prep, and pathways to employment and permanent residency. With training centers in Brampton, Surrey, and Edmonton, we aim to connect with diverse communities across Canada and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce short-form video and social content in **multiple languages** (e.g., English, French, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Somali, etc. — depending on your fluency).
- Promote welding training, certification, and job opportunities through **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, Facebook, and other platforms**.
- Localize content to target specific communities (e.g., Mandarin-speaking students, Punjabi-speaking tradespeople).
- Work with our marketing team to align messaging with promotional campaigns.
- Engage followers with Q&A sessions, live streams, and community interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **2+ languages** (English required; other languages such as French, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog, Somali, Arabic, Spanish are strong assets).
- Previous experience as an influencer, content creator, or community ambassador.
- Strong on-camera presence and ability to build authentic connections.
- Understanding of **immigration, education, or skilled trades topics** (asset, not mandatory).
- Ability to create **short-form video content** independently (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Familiarity with newcomer and international student communities in Canada.
