**Key Responsibilities**:
Patient Scheduling and Wayfinding:
- Arrange tests, consultations, and follow-ups, ensuring all reports are properly filed.
- Handle medication refills, special requests, and administrative needs.
- Liaise with other services such as legal, insurance, and government agencies.
- Advocate for patients, providing support before and after visits.
Practitioner Support:
- Keep practitioners informed about appointments, consultations, and reports.
- Retrieve, scan, and upload necessary information for patient care.
Billing:
- Ensure contracts for all program participants are current.
- Record and enter all services into billing records and reconcile with shadow billing
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate with Medical Office Administration Diploma
- Experience in client service with a talent for building connections and solving problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail, thoroughness, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (MedAccess), Teams, and Outlook, or a quick learner with technology.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is highly preferred.
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
