**Campaign Manager (Paid Media Specialist)**

**Role Summary**:
As a Campaign Manager, you will focus on the day-to-day operations of paid digital media to ensure success. Working closely with our Account Team, you will cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and clients, making sure that all campaigns are set up for success and meet the clients’ objectives. You will be creating, developing & implementing effective long and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS.

*This role is based out of Pickering office. It is a full time 6 month contract with the intention of leading to full time permanent position. The first 3 months will be full time in office Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Upon successfully competing your 3 months the role can be hybrid twice a week in office. *

**Requirements**:

- Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking and analytics. Must demonstrate daily working knowledge in Google Ads and GA4.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience working in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) role with Paid Search / Paid Social experience. This includes but is not limited to Google, Microsoft Ads, Display, & Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)
- Experience managing large and complex client budgets, with the purpose to grow accounts and leads for clients.
- Must have strong analytics skills. You’ll be expected to provide thoughtful and strategic insights for clients using google platform and internal dashboards.
- Must be Google Certified and kept abreast on industry changes and best practices.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
