THIS POSTION IS A "WORK FROM OFFICE", NOT REMOTE. Hours 9pm-5pm Monday - Friday. We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Marketing Manager who is passionate about E-commerce and Amazon Selling that can optimize content and make ads in Amazon and other ad platforms. You are an expert at SEO and produce compelling, high-quality ad copy and content that outcompetes for clicks and speaks to our brand and audience. **ABOUT THE ROLE** - Deliver profitable traffic using paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics - Identify the highest return (ROAS) channels to grow our Amazon, Walmart, Magento and all other marketplaces, and double down on these channels - Manage Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, PDAs, DSP (Daily control of ACOS, profit, and spend across multiple brands). - Increase advertising reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing campaigns, and running regular A/B experiments. - Monitor campaign performance by analyzing the right metrics and drawing actionable insights with a strong bias to action. - Create and present monthly comprehensive reports along with actionable plans. - Support the creation and optimization of content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms - Develop strategies on how to increase product reviews on Amazon and company positive feedback **WHO YOU ARE** - 4 plus years of experience in managing a digital marketing group. - Advanced proficiency on Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube required. - Able to write high quality content and keywords that increases our conversion rates - Deep knowledge of digital including SEO, SEM, Display, Website best practices, social media - content strategy, measurement, development, and lead generation - Experience in setting up and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ad campaigns. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. - Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
