What You’ll Do:
✨ Be the first point of contact - Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
✨ Manage calls & inquiries - Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and book appointments.
✨ Schedule & confirm appointments - Keep the schedule organized and efficient.
✨ Coordinate patient care - Assist with treatment coordination between general dentists and specialists.
✨ Handle insurance & billing - Retrieve insurance breakdowns, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.
✨ Process payments - Ensure accurate billing and collect patient balances.
✨ Educate patients - Provide information on treatment plans and insurance benefits.
✨ Maintain organization - Keep administrative tasks and patient records up to date.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Dental Experience - Prior experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
✔ Insurance Knowledge - Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and billing procedures.
✔ Excellent Communication Skills - Friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively.
✔ Attention to Detail - Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ Team Player - Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team.
