**About the Role**:
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently
- Conducting pre-testing, diagnostic imaging, specialty testing, and full work-ups including medical and ocular histories, taking visual acuities, and instilling dilating drops
- Educating patients on doctor-recommended supplements, eye drops, and ocular hygiene products
- Handling insurance billing and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
