Allied Universal is seeking** Professional Security Supervisor **in** Ottawa** Canada**.**

**Title: Site Supervisor**

**Location: Ottawa**

**Payrate: $27-$30**

**Schedule:Monday to Friday**

**Overview**:
**Requirement**:

- **1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in security.**
- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- **Must have a valid Ontario Security License**.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years or Older
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- Manage and oversee shift scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for day and night shifts.
