Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of loss prevention, law enforcement, and surveillance techniques.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of security personnel

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as a Security Supervisor or in law enforcement
- In-depth knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
