Security Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and manage the security team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity and enforce security policies.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance equipment, including CCTV, ensuring all footage is recorded and maintained properly.
- Develop and implement security procedures aimed at loss prevention and risk mitigation.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Train new security personnel on protocols, equipment usage, and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and security breaches for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
