**Full Description**:

- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Contributing to writing and overall development of proposals.
- Maintaining and organizing project documentation.
- Routine administrative tasks including general reception, printing, photocopying, binding documents, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and general clerical duties.

This position is classified as full time contract (two year pregnancy leave coverage). Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications.
