This role is for EllisDon Industrial (EllisDon Companies) and will be based in Thunder Bay.

You as a Project Administrator for EllisDon Industrial will be:
Timekeeping
Inputting information and accurately entering data using Excel and EllisDon Industrial's Accounting Software Program
Tracking duties for; procurement, material, fuel logs, and various project costs
Processing LEM's

Work proactively with your team to resolve issues with vendors and invoices and accurately process approved invoices for payment

Performing various other administrative duties, such as, filing, and correspondence preparation

Is this the right role for you?

A diploma or post secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset
1-3 years of Project Administration / Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset
