**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Create, update and maintain workflows
- Conduct new hire orientations as needed
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Order approved resources inclusive of but not limited to; equipment, office supplies, software.etc.
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies) and report accordingly with Project Coordinator and Project Manager's
- Track project expenses and predict future costs
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues (i.e change orders)
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Travel to various project sites in Ontario as required
- Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience of project administration in construction, is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able and willing to present a valid Driver's license and acceptable drivers abstract
- Able and willing to travel to various project sites in Ontario (up to 30% travel)
- Able and willing to work extended hours of work and weekends, if required
