Join our exciting, fast-paced organization supporting engineering, technology, and earth sciences in Northwestern OntarioThe successful candidate will assist with on-going procurement and project administration activities. Full Description Working with our Administration and Procurement divisions, and under the supervision of the Manager of Procurement, the successful candidate will assist with on-going procurement and project administration activities including: Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.Contributing to writing and overall development of proposals.Maintaining and organizing project documentation.Routine administrative tasks including general reception, printing, photocopying, binding documents, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and general clerical duties. Demonstrated abilities in administration and project management, along with associated qualifications and certifications are definite assets. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business, English, or a related field, a strong interest in project administration and an intermediate to advanced knowledge level of the Microsoft Office suite of products. Knowledge of relevant engineering procurement processes, a knack for business writing, and the ability to review documentation and provide constructive and insightful feedback are definite assets.This position is classified as full time contract (two year pregnancy leave coverage). Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications.
